The Easy Flute Method ( Método Flauta Fácil)

was created for anyone who wishes to begin studying transversal flute in a simple and pleasant manner, without worrying about the rigidity of the methods traditionally adopted by conservatories and music schools.

In an easy manner the student is led from the first note to a wide and fascinating repertoire of melodies from the folkloric music of Brazil, Italy, Japan, Israel, France, etc., and to the music of master musicians such as Bach, Mozart, Vivaldi, Beethoven, and Tchaikovsky, among others.

Students will feel excited about the simplicity and the clarity of explanation of technical matters such as the emission of sound, breathing, care and maintenance of the flute, posture, tone, fingering, scales and musical theory. The applicable exercises are contained in an audio CD tailored to the optimal learning progress of the student.

The Best of Edson Frederico. Arrangements for Piano. Irmãos Vitale Editores

The main objective of this work is to offer pianists unfamiliar with pop music a chance to play these arrangements. Most, if not all, published pop songs rarely include a full score for piano part. Figures chords are more usual. This is why Edson Frederico selected some favorite songs from Brazilian and international pop music charts such as Ligia, Anos dourados, Yesterday, Summer 42 and written these arrangements with varying levels of difficult, so that any pianist, whether beginner or expert can enter this marvelous world of pop music

The thesis, COMO NÃO "DANÇAR" NUMA SINCOPA, ESTUDO CRITICO-AVALIATIVO DE UM METODO DE FLAUTA, prepared by Celso Woltzenlogel in 1993 under the supervision of Dr. Thereza Penna Firme, was approved and commended by all the members of the Examining Board.
